I was contacted by Mike about a month before my estimated pickup date, he was very informative and gave me a free education on the transport industry. By the time he was done with his explanation, I felt like a professional transporter. He reassured me that my car was on an excellent route and would not have trouble getting my Altima from Florida to New York. 2 weeks after my initial contact, Road Riders called me confirming my pick up date and assigned driver. My car was picked up in Coral Springs, and dropped off in Bedford, New York with no damage and at a quick and speedy pace. I would definitely recommend Road Riders for vehicle transport to everyone, they are both honest and dependable...and thats how companies should be!!!
