You will be given a general time frame for which you can anticipate your vehicle to arrival. This time frame will most likely range from 3 to 7 days. It is not possible to provide an exact date due to unforeseen delays caused by weather, traffic conditions and Department of Transportation regulations. It is our priority that you receive your vehicle on time.
The majority of our trips take between one and three weeks. You should allow a window of 1 to 7 days for pick-up, and 7-14 days for the transport and acceptance of delivery. Expedited options are available for an additional fee.
Generally, the auto transport driver is the only person that will be driving your car. This will include loading and unloading your vehicle occasionally throughout the shipping process to make the best use of the space on the trailer, otherwise your vehicle shouldn’t be moved.
Your vehicle will be picked up directly at your home by the transport carrier or at a predetermined terminal. You will be instructed to inspect and document your cars current condition and note any visible body damage . This report should include both the driver and your signature to acknowledge your car’s condition. Your vehicle will be loaded and secured down on the carrier. One of our experienced drivers will be transporting your vehicle along with numerous others to their destinations. You will be asked to re-inspect your car at the time of delivery. Using your initial inspection as a comparison at the time of delivery will establish the condition of your car upon acceptance at your destination. Yes – large cars, trucks and SUV’s will cost more money than a standard mid-size or compact car. Some SUV's are so large that they equal the weight and size of two cars.
Yes! We have the capability to provide accommodations for all types of vehicles; expensive classic and exotic vehicles, to the average sport utility or family mini-van. We can arrange for enclosed car transports to accommodate those with special needs. Enclosed trailers will protect cars from the elements along shipment.
